2020 marked our 15th year of hosting Gold Star families here at the Marines' Memorial Club. And then?a year of silence. And a second year when anticipation again gave way to prioritizing safety.
But now, we are deep into preparations for receiving our beloved and brave Gold Star families. For two days next month, parents who have lost a child in military service will find mutual support and a safe place ? where they feel truly understood ? to share their memories and their grief.
